Garlic Naan & Aloo Goobi- Indian food

I like garlic naan, the best taste combination with Aloo goobi, which are mix vegetables, potatoes in tomatoes and little ginger, little coriander.

From British chef Keith Floyd I began fond of Indian food,

everytime in his TV program he applies many different kinds of brocolis ,

onions, tomatoes, garlics, corianders, little ginger, and spice sauce. Although I don’t prefer heavy taste food,

I was attracted by his cooking style. Then I’m in love with garlic naan and Aloo Goobi.

Now Chef Keith Floyd opened restaurant in Phuket beach, I hope someday I’ll see him in his restaurant.

On a longer journey

Traveling is what I like, I do traveling a lot during business trips. Recently I feel my legs are tight and need more exercise on the airplane. Business class
has wider space for stretching the legs. From my experiences I rate Emirates airline’s business class one of the top ones, which has beatiful air hostess with amiable smile and care. Special impression in mind is a bottle of water when I just reach the seat. “Drink a lot of water” always show on the in-flight TV.
A cardiologist doctor said for normal healthy people, being in a confined seat for 6-8 hours should be fine, but after that you need to more and exercise every hour or so. Obese travelers or travelers on birth control pills or with blood clotting disorders should consult with a physician before embarking on a longer journey. In some cases physician may recommend that wear DVT compression stockings to help prevent the formation of potentially harmful blood clots in the legs. If blood cannot circulate properly and blood clots begin to form. These clots can be fatal if they travel to the heart, brain, lung resulting in an inability to breathe, paralysis or heart attack.

Arabian Dates

I like dates, sometimes I chopped and cooked it use in cereal, bread and ice cream, jam, But,…….too sweet for me……and 100g=Calories 285.

I’ve to get diet after eat dates.

When extremely dry weather will cause dates to shrivel on the palm.

Those dates are picked early while they are still light colored. Date seeds used in a variety of ways, soaked in water until soft n fed to camels, horses and goats. In India, date seeds are roasted, ground, and used to adulterate coffee.
The date palm must have full sun and thrives in sand, sandy loam. Most of date originated in the lands around the Persian Gulf . The palms are pruned twice a year, and watered 15 to 40 times a year. Overhead moisture during will cause cracks.
In Saudi Arabia use ladders, mobile steel towers with catwalks for pickers to expedite harvesting. And some place, the harvesters climb the palms, use sticks, ropes to lower the fruit, or they may pass the clusters down from hand to hand.

Norway salmon & Katsuobushi

Fresh Norway salmon sushi goes with wasabe, and this one eats with chill souce, so cool.

A new test, I like. Tofu sala is what I must order whenever I come this elegant shop

with warm-lighting, is my most favorite Japanese dish.

My never ever changed first choice is always fresh salmon sushi,

just simply when the fresh salmon touches tongue bud, its pure taste can be without wasabe.

かつおぶし Katsuobushi is excellent for soup cooking especially for おでん.

Japanese breakfast

Natto なっとう with rice and plum are my favorites breakfast in Japan everytime, natto rice is a very popular traditional made from fermented soybeans food. Don’t know why viscous fermented natto rice is always my first choice every morning. Miso soup is also what I like. Most Japanese believe nato helps blood circulation in preventing strokes, heart attacks, which is good for my legs blood circulation during long journey.

O DEN( おでん ) is a traditionally and delicacy food in Japan, when I went to Japan for business trip, supermarket is what place I must go whenever far way or cold weather. O DEN is popular not only for its flavor but also with a rich combination, every shop have their own O DEN and soup recipes. O DEN in Japan tastes different from my country.

Paris, my hat. Eiffel Tower

While rearranging photos album, recalled that it was cold in

Eiffel Tower and I bought a hat. It wasn’t cold for local people,

but it was cool for me.

Paris’s symbol is without doubt the Eiffel Tower. Eiffel Tower is so beautiful looking out from my stay hotel’s balcony in the night. 1050 feet high, tower is interlaced structure by 15,000 pieces of metal are welded together. There are three floors, many people wait to pause there for unique panoramic view.

Tomorrow gotta wake up early and work. It’s autumn, times flees so fast.

This year is not progressing well as last year. I need to work harder and harder.

Cheers to myself dreamisz!

It’s Autumn

It’s autumn! I like autumn more than spring. Brownish orange and

yellowish green colour always attracts me.

Neither hot nor cold, without enthusiasm nor desolate.

Ordinary people merely think how they shall spend their time ;

a man of talent tries to use it .
